Please keep in mind that shipping worldwide is included in the price but note that all import duties, taxes or custom clearances are the responsibility of the customer.
To all European buyers:
You’ll get your statue shipped tax and custom free at your doorstep, which is included in the price.
To all International buyers (for everyone outside Europe):
We still Reserve ourself the right of sending a final invoice before shipping, if the calculated amount we’ve added don’t cover the costs.
Sadly that can happen since the final measurements aren’t announced when pre order starts and the terms + shipping prices can change on a daily base, please understand that.
Statues are made out of resin, a very pricey and fragile thing to collect.
Although all shipped products are very well packed, it still happens sometime that statues arrive with clean breaks or some scratches on the paint.
In such cases NO COMPENSATION WILL BE GIVEN for these above mentioned possible faults, as they can be glued and we can’t guarantee perfection for every single shipped product.
In case of an massive damage on statue, please contact us within 24h after receiving the statue so we can solve the issue by replacing the damaged parts or giving a refund.
All products are hand painted and may arrive with minor differences from original prototype.
