• You’ll get a confirmation mail after placing an order and another one within 24h regarding your payment. (We invoice you!)
• All prices are stated in Euro € by default but we do accept US Dollar $ as well - no other currencies.
• All shipped packages will have a tracking ID which we will let you know, as soon as the statue is shipped.
• Please keep in mind that you’re willed and do accept the waiting time till the product gets released.
• The release date of each product in "Pre-Order" status is subjective and delays by manufacturers (for months) are nothing uncommon - please be patient!
• All sold products are strictly NOT returnable, exchangeable (for other products), or refundable.
• Deposits are NOT refundable, please think about that before placing an order.
• Please note that all import duties, taxes or custom clearances (expect for those who stated otherwise) are the responsibility of the customer.
• Resin statues are very fragile in nature and even well packed and carefully shipped products might arrive with clean breaks/snaps or scratches on the paint. PLEASE DON'T ORDER IF YOU DON'T AGREE WITH THAT! For massively damaged products, please report the issue within 24h after receiving it!
