What type of store is this?
We are a Pre-order only store and most of our offered products are currently in that status, which means statues are in planing or production phase and are not released yet!

Do you have items on stock and ready to ship?
Sometimes we may have some limited stock statues ready to ship, those will be stated so.

How much do i have to pay for a "Pre Order"?
You can choose to pay “Deposit Only” which is one third of the total value or „Pay in Full”

When do I pay the rest after my deposit?
You will get an an email in time, mostly 3-4 weeks in advance. Please pay during the mentioned deadline.

Do I get a confirmation after the payment of my order/placing a deposit?
As soon as the payment is done, you will get an email confirmation sent automatically.

What happens when a studio cancels a product?
We offer a 100% Refund guarantee if the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order/the project gets canceled officially
 
Are the statues new?
We sell only brand new boxed statues directly from the manufacturer, therefore all statues are legit and 100% original.
We do not sell or offer cheap re-casts, NEVER!
