If your statue has been shipped and you have received tracking information, please refer to the Tracking section for details. Use the provided link to track your package and find out its current location.

I’ve Fully Paid for My Statue. What Now?

Once we receive the final payment, it is forwarded to the respective manufacturer. Within one month of receiving the payment, a tracking number will be issued. This applies only to statues that are completed and ready for shipment. If you choose to pay off a statue early, it doesn’t necessarily mean it will be finished and shipped sooner.

What Happens if the Release of a Statue is Delayed?

Unfortunately, delays are common, and a statue’s release might be postponed for months. We ask for your patience in these situations as these delays are beyond our control.
